Action Alert!
President Elect Trump has made promises to get the coal miners back to work. With mining mogul Jim Justice winning the West Virginia’s governor’s race, we highly suspect the President Elect Trump will make good on this promise and sooner rather than later.
That said, President Elect Trump’s transition team has put together a website where they are asking for America’s assistance in what will help them make America great again. Here is our chance to ask Mr. Trump to also help put independent small-scale gold miners back to work. We understand that there is at least one member of the transition team that is not only aware, but also sympathetic to the plight of gold miners in the western states.
All we are asking is for you to make your suggestion right here: They just ask for your name, zip code and email address and a suggestion. We have put together three templates for you to choose from or to help build your own statement. These include specific issues that the Trump team has targeted as part of his “Make America Great” campaign and we have applied them to our cause.
Now is the time to act! It will only take a moment of your time. Our objective is to generate enough responses that will allow us to open a dialog so that we may help them to help us!

I haven’t been able to use my federal mining rights, on my federal mining claims, on federal land and just want to work my claims. The State of California has for the last seven years used its state police powers in spite of federal supremacy to prevent this.
Please help America’s independent gold miners. We don’t want a hand out or hand up. We just want to go back to work! I haven’t been able to use my federal mining rights, on my federal mining claims, on federal land and just want to work my mining claim. I have had to pay to maintain my claim without being able to use it in a commercially-practical manner for the last seven years. This not only affects me and my family, but the many who economically depend upon the small-scale gold mining industry – gas stations, hardware stores, grocery stores, RV parks, mining equipment manufactures; it goes on and on.

I have not been able to use my federal mining rights to prospect for gold on federal land. This prevents me from making gold discoveries which will help make America great again for everyone. The State of California has for the last seven years has thwarted my ability to prospect the public lands with frivolous over regulations that are founded in political ideology and go against proven science. This not only stands in the face of federal rights and regulations but even those of the State. Thousands upon thousands of hard working Americans have been put out of productive work because of California’s foolish policies over what cannot be done on federal land.
